Many practitioners say they want to build/grow/scale their practices.
And do something meaningful with the time and money they get from their practices.
After many years of coaching, I can tell you that few put in the work required to do that.
I am here to work with those select few who are willing to make the effort.

I will not try to sell you on applying for Turn.
Instead, I will simply tell you who it IS for …and who it IS NOT for.
IS for practitioners who:
- Are really confident about the work they do and don’t understand why they can’t sell more of it.
- Want to magnetically attract their ideal clients and not be afraid to repel those who are not.
- Are interested in augmenting their traditional 1:1 client service work with 1:many user products.
- Want to use their new-found time, money, and freedom to pursue a personal or professional passion.
IS NOT for practitioners who:
- Are not already technically competent at their craft.
- Just want more clients and not more for clients (or for themselves).
- Are unable to unilaterally implement the strategies and tactics we devise for getting the clients they want at the fees they deserve.
- Don’t value helping other appraisers and contributing to the profession just as much as they value making money.

I am the person you should be working with because I am the only practice builder coach serving only the BVFLS profession.
And now for more honesty:
Turn is not an inexpensive investment. But you also have to ask yourself, “What is the cost of not hiring me?”
Plus, you’ll need to implement what you learn. Read that as, “you gotta do the work” because my information without your implementation will result in you being exactly where you are now 6 or 12 months from now.
And, you’ll be expected to share your results, i.e., what’s working in your practice and what’s not … just as fellow members will be required to share their results with you.

Step 1
You’ll be taken to a questionnaire where I ask you all sorts of invasive questions about you and your practice.
OK … they’re not that invasive.
I’m just really trying to weed out the tire kickers here.
Step 2
The questionnaire will come to my inbox and one of two things will happen.
One, I’ll decide we’re not a good match, and I’ll politely let you know.
Or two, I’ll decide we MIGHT be a good match and we will schedule a free strategy session to see if we really are.
I won’t pressure you or hassle you. If you want in, great. If not, no problem. I’m cool either way.
Why such an “in-your-face” process?
Because I’m only looking for high-caliber, high-potential people to join Turn.
