Mike founded Michael Gregory Consulting, LLC, a firm that addresses IRS valuation issues and conflict resolution by applying The Collaboration Effect® to help businesses that want to grow faster and more efficiently.
Mike headed up business valuation at the IRS. He has written 11 books and over 35 articles. His most recent book is the most comprehensive text ever written on the subject entitled Business Valuations and the IRS: Five Books in One (2018) with 38 examples and over 180 practical pointers.
