James R. Hitchner, CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA is the Managing Director of Financial Valuation Advisors, Inc.; CEO of Valuation Products and Services, LLC; President of Financial Consulting Group, LLC; and Editor in Chief of Financial Valuation and Litigation Expert.
Jim’s career in the valuation services profession spans 38 years. During that time, he co-authored over 20 BVFLS courses and taught over 60 courses, published over 150 articles, and made over 350 presentations to various industry and professional groups. He is a former member of the AICPA task force on BV standards, a two-time recipient of the AICPA Volunteer of the Year award, and an inductee in the AICPA Hall of Fame.

Rod Burkert, CPA/ABV, CVA is the founder of Burkert Valuation Advisors, where he has been practicing solo since July 2000.
His traditional practice assists individuals, businesses, and attorneys determine or resolve questions of value.
